    About Noel

    Founder & Licensed Therapist

I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen. As the founder of Sunset Healing Space, I support adults and parents in slowing down, finding clarity, and creating more peace in their lives and relationships.

Alongside my work with individuals, I bring Internal Family Systems (IFS) into schools, workplaces, and community spaces — helping people lead with more compassion and resilience. I also train and guide our coaches and mentors, ensuring every connection with youth and families is rooted in care, play, and genuine human connection.

Working with me is an investment in deep, lasting change. My role is to help you uncover what’s been impacting you, heal at the root, and step into a life that feels whole, grounded, and fully your own.

    Youth Development Facilitator

Alexa brings both heart and expertise to her work with children, teens and parents. A Sonoma County native with an A.S. in Biology and an A.A. in Behavioral Sciences, she blends curiosity, compassion, and playfulness in every session.

With over eight years of experience coaching swimming, Alexa has a natural ability to connect with kids—meeting them where they are, engaging through their interests, and helping them feel safe to express themselves. She is a certified lifeguard instructor, CPR/AED certified, and a mandated reporter, ensuring every interaction is grounded in care and safety.

As a mother of two, Alexa understands that growth happens through trust, laughter, and genuine connection. Her sessions invite movement, creativity, and Self-expression, helping kids build confidence and learn to understand their inner world with kindness.

    Certified Coach

As an IFS-informed coach, I help people reconnect with their inner strength and wisdom. My work isn’t about diagnosing or treating—it’s about guiding you to notice your parts, understand their roles, and lead from your authentic Self.

I often incorporate creative and embodied practices such as guided visualizations, journaling, movement, and mindfulness to help you build a compassionate relationship with yourself. Whether you’re navigating stress, life transitions, or wanting to grow in self-leadership, I provide a supportive space where you can feel seen and empowered to move forward with clarity.

  • Teresa, IFS Mentor

    About Teresa

For me, my role as a mentor means fostering a space for self-acceptance, healing, and growth. Diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of sixteen, I identify with the importance of being resilient and want to be a part of nurturing an empowering and supportive community. With a background in Psychology, certified as a MediCal Peer Support Specialist, and informed Internal Family Systems mentor, my vision is to merge these learned skills with my lived experience to journey together towards wholeness.

The source of my resiliency was hidden in the experiences that are most uncomfortable, and my personal journey of unleashing my resiliency happened in spaces and activities where I felt most comfortable like hiking, laughing with my family, camping, watching the sunset, and on long road trips. From a place of lived experience, I want to do the same for my mentees and walk alongside them wherever they feel comfortable, supporting and empowering them as they learn to be resilient.
