Unlocking Inner Wisdom: IFS Meets Tarot

Healing is not about fixing what’s broken but about rediscovering your wholeness. Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Tarot come together as a powerful and creative way to explore your inner world. This isn’t fortune-telling — it’s self-reflection through imagery, archetypes, and compassionate dialogue with your parts.

Why IFS + Tarot?

  • IFS views the psyche as a family of “parts” — inner voices, feelings, and roles that all serve a protective purpose. When we get curious about these parts, we discover new freedom and deeper Self-leadership.

  • Tarot provides imagery and archetypes that help these parts express themselves. A card can open the door to understanding what a part fears, desires, or needs.

  • Together, they create a safe, symbolic, and often playful way to connect with yourself, deepen compassion, and find clarity.

What a Session Looks Like

  • Gentle grounding + intention setting.

  • Drawing tarot cards to represent parts or aspects of Self.

  • Guided IFS exploration using curiosity and compassion.

  • Integration: noticing what shifted, and how to continue building relationship with your parts.

Who This Is For

  • Seekers who want a creative tool for self-discovery.

  • Anyone curious about how parts of them show up in life and relationships.

  • People who feel “stuck” and want new insight, clarity, and direction.

Session Offering

IFS + Tarot Discovery Session

  • 60 minutes

  • In-person at Sunset Healing Space (Sebastopol/Santa Rosa) or via Zoom

  • Suggested exchange: $___ (adjustable to your pricing tiers)

Each session is a collaborative process — not predicting the future, but empowering you to live fully in the present with more Self-energy (calm, clarity, compassion, courage, and more).

Learning to Do This for Yourself

Each IFS + Tarot session isn’t just a one-time experience — it’s also a teaching moment. With guidance, you’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize and welcome your own parts with curiosity and compassion.

  • Use tarot imagery as a mirror for self-reflection, rather than prediction.

  • Ask supportive questions that bring more Self-energy (the 8 Cs: calm, clarity, compassion, confidence, courage, creativity, connectedness, curiosity).

  • Create simple, repeatable spreads that you can practice at home.

The goal is not dependency on a practitioner, but building confidence in your own ability to connect with your inner world. Over time, you’ll carry these tools with you — making self-reflection, grounding, and compassionate dialogue part of your everyday life.

Come explore your inner world with imagery, compassion, and curiosity. IFS + Tarot at Sunset Healing Space is a bridge between parts work and symbolic wisdom — a pathway back to your Self.
